With over 34 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, Vinny has a comprehensive understanding of every facet of this dynamic field. He spent 12 years immersing himself in the hands-on aspects of installing, designing, and selling kitchens and baths, during which he co-owned and operated a successful showroom. For the past 22 years, Vinny has excelled as a sales representative for MasterBrand Cabinets, and for the last 16 years, he has proudly co-owned Paramount Pacific Sales Group, Inc.

Vinny possesses a remarkable talent for building strong relationships, a skill that has greatly contributed to his success and reputation in the industry. His extensive background and dedication to client satisfaction make him a trusted partner in every project he undertakes.

With over 22 years of experience in the cabinet industry, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, territory development, and dealer relationships. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Finance, Greg seamlessly integrates financial insight with operational strategy to drive growth and optimize business performance.

Greg’s deep understanding of the cabinet industry, coupled with his expertise in territory planning and business development, allows him to deliver exceptional results in a highly competitive market. Scott brings 37 years of experience in the cabinet industry, including 19 years representing MasterBrand cabinets. As a Certified Kitchen Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association, he combines his extensive design expertise with his sales experience, making him an invaluable asset to the team. His background as a kitchen designer enhances his ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Steve has been in the building industry for 31 years. From building and installing cabinets to project management. For the last 18 years he has been a sales rep for several cabinet manufacturers. Building and fostering relationships with his cabinetry dealers while assisting them with their cabinet sales and helping to solve issues has been his primary focus.

He spent 23 years representing MasterBrand Cabinets and is known for his integrity, reliability, and commitment to delivering on his promises. Kent’s product knowledge, kitchen design experience, and focus on customer success make him a trusted and dependable partner.
